RCP planners, worksheets, logs, checklists, interactive tools, and printables are intended for education, personal organization, and discussion. They are not medical records, prescriptions, treatment orders, nursing documentation, or official plans of care.
Patients and caregivers may print RCP patient-education resources for their own noncommercial use. Clinics, social workers, educators, and other organizations may print and distribute unmodified RCP patient-education resources for noncommercial educational use when the Renal Care Planner name, source information, copyright notices, and medical-boundary language remain intact. Commercial reproduction, resale, rebranding, white-labeling, modification for redistribution, or removal of RCP attribution requires permission unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
